This is the first comprehensive monograph to be published on cerebral aneurysms since the introduction of microsurgery ten years ago. Based on the resuits of an international experts' workshop held in Bad Nauheim in 1977, lt covers not only the latest advances in the field, but also controversial and unsolved problems in aneurysm surgery.
