Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional in nature:
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory. You may also complete and submit the withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically on our website www.antiquariat-artemis.de. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay by e-mail. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if that diminished value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for the purpose of checking the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
